It seems that the racing this year has to be in either equator-like heat or torrential down pours. In the last three years looking at the
results from past seasons there was a total of 2 races that took place in the rain (anyone remember the storms at Donington in 2003 and the light rain at Castle Combe in 2005). This year we have been treated to 4 wet races out of a total of 7, so at least those slicks are keeping new for the Class A and B boys.
Anyway, enough on the weather changes for this seasons weather and not a single moan about the hosepipe ban though all it does is rain when we race. The
results for Brands Hatch are now on the website and another excellent
race report from Oulton Park by Martin Price is now available to read for those that weren't there to witness the oil fun.
At as always if anyone has any photos from these last two events that they want to put on the website then send an email to
the
website admin team
and we will put them up.
